SPECIAL BENEFIT DRESS REHEARSAL Lps400
Thursday, November 28 Church of God, French Harbour
Why come to the DRESS REHEARSAL rather than the lower priced dates:
1. Be part of the dress rehearsal. (While the audiences will be invited every evening to sing along with the choir, we need to practice the timing. You will help by singing along with us during the dress rehearsal – at the appropriate spots, of course – and help us perfect our timing.)
2. Watch Tim and Barb Blanton videotape the show and become part of the DVD they will produce for PIER and Steel Pan Alley.
3. Enjoy after-play reception at Gio’s in French Harbour – hosted by Gio and Rosa Silvestri with their famous boccas and a free drink — plus a 10% discount for a Gio dinner before the end of the year.
4. Support two great causes:
PIER’s Bookmobile and Cultural Literacy Project
Steel Pan Alley’s Free Music School.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS with suggested answers
1. What makes a Group?
10 or more people. Deduct 10% from the ticket price.
2. Can I sell group tickets from my ticket outlet?
Yes, just make sure you record the ticket numbers on the registration form and enter the amount MINUS the 10% benefit from the price.
3. What if I run out of tickets?
Call Milesse and we will deliver them as quickly as possible.
Please don’t turn anyone away. Take their name (and money, if possible) and assure them you will have a ticket for them.
4. What if they don’t want to come back for the ticket(s)?
Tell them their ticket will be waiting for them at the Box Office. They must pay for the ticket at time of reservation. Make a note in the Ticket # column “Box office”
5. What if they can’t attend on the night printed on the purchased ticket?
No problem. Call Milesse (or have them call her) and tell her the night they will come. She will make sure the box office is expecting them.
6. What do I do with unused tickets?
Report your sales every Friday to Milesse. We will collect leftover tickets, if needed, and move to another outlet.
7. Dress code?
Dress casually. Remember shows are in churches, so dress conservatively.
