Happy September from Roatan Bay Islands Honduras in the beautiful Western Caribbean!
It is always a nice time of the year for all. Kids and grandkids are all back in school in North America, it is ‘apple picking time’ in much of north America, leaves even start changing in the far north reaches providing a rainbow a beautiful colors. Of course that means that winter is not far off and thoughts of tropical climates, warm white sand and aqua blue waters are soon to follow.
It is not often we get to ‘re-live’ the past but in regard to real estate investment on Roatan that is exactly what you have.
