It seems several times a year Roatan, Utila or the Bay Islands are being touted as a ‘place to be’. Sometimes it is in regard to vacation travel and others as a place to retire or invest. ‘Islands’ magazine had us listed last year as the number one island in the world to retire on, which was nice and a couple of days ago this article popped up on the ‘Huffingtom Post’.
‘International Living’ Ezine that has been out for years also pushes the location at times and they have a large following also. Now is a great time to consider the Bay Islands actually. The prices here are great right now and buying a parcel to
have when the land cost is very low will cost little in taxes or upkeep but could pay off big for both a future location or return on investment.
