The well maintained Coconut Cove Marina on South Shore offers safe harbor for boats on the South Shore of Utila. Located just off the Oyster Bed Lagoon-a quick boat ride from the Blue Bayou End of Utila Town, this Marina can service residents all along the South Shore of Utila. Each covered boat slip will include a covered parking area for your vehicle together with access to power and limited water.

Supplements: Availability of boat slips within this area is extremely rare, in fact currently there are no others for sale on the entire length of the upper South Shore. There is now one fully covered boat slip constructed and ready for sale at the cost of $18,000. It has been constructed with four supporting poles on each side (the norm is three) so it is particularly strong and well able to support a heavy boat if a new owner wished to install a boat lift. The dimensions of the boat slip is: 29 ft 6in long and 11 feet wide with a 10 foot clearance for boat width. There is a 3ft 6in walkway in front of the slip.
