Bay Islands Residency -Not Citizenship

Larry SchlesserIsland News

There are many over the years that I have communicated with in my line of work that wish to not invest or vacation but wish to move here, start over, relocate or retire here staying long term. There are many things that are positive about that. We moved here 15 years ago now and has been a real plus for us.  Beyond the things like never shoveling snow again or dealing with frost in October, we were able to start life over again, start a business
and not deal with a lot of mental and political strife. Less stress.  We are U.S. citizens and are actually very patriotic.  We are very proud of our country and it’s history of offering huge opportunity to untold millions.

That said, there are plenty of opportunities going the other direction also that many discover and take advantage of. Unlike the masses that ‘invade’ the U.S. hoping for better opportunities, here you actually have to go through a process to obtain the right to live here if you were not born here.  No here they will not provide for you free food, shelter, education and medical care, (sorry), but you can get a far better standard of living based on lower costs
of many things. Some things cost more, (now of course they become ‘imported’), but so many things are less, it really helps the bottom line.

For those that may be interested in more than a short visit, you may wish to visit the link below which can provide you with the various options for residency, including retirement, working, business, rental, and others and how to achieve them.

This of course means just that – Residency. Even a Permanent Residency does not mean Citizenship, where you are required to give up your countries citizenship. You can research your various options on this link-
