Phil Swan, born and raised in Ohio, grew up in a construction family that instilled in him a deep understanding of building and development. Academically and athletically accomplished, he graduated with honors from high school and college, where he attended Bowling Green State University. There, he participated in Division I football and earned an ROTC academic scholarship. After completing his Bachelor of Science degree, Phil served nine years in the U.S. Army, reaching the rank of Captain in the Medical Service Corps and commanding 734 soldiers.

Transitioning from military service to the financial sector, Phil quickly found his passion in real estate. He obtained licenses in multiple states for investments, insurance, and mortgages, and established his own real estate office in Ohio. Specializing in development, new construction, and creative financing, Phil’s expertise and dedication made him a successful and respected real estate agent. His hands-on experience in buying, selling, and remodeling houses further solidified his reputation in the industry.

In 2015, Phil expanded his real estate endeavors internationally by purchasing a lot in West Bay, Roatán. By 2019, he developed and built the Villas De Cisnes resort, an 11-bedroom, 11-bathroom short-term rental property featuring a rooftop swimming pool. This venture showcases Phil’s ability to blend his construction background with his real estate acumen, creating a unique and thriving rental property.
