Many who visit the island, whether that be on a vacation or on a cruise ship, end up in West Bay to visit the beautiful beach there. There are a few ’boutique’ type shops in that area but the main shopping alternative there is West Bay Mall.
In that strip mall is a nice variety of small shops for you to browse and enjoy. There are two real estate companies including our new RE/MAX office there. There are also is the ‘Hungry Monkey’ and ‘Mangiamos’ eateries ‘HM’ providing a ‘Subway’ type sandwich shop also making a great Pizza while ‘Mangiamos’ a quality ‘deli feel’ with a variety of grocery items. ‘So-Tropic’, ‘Penelope’s Emporium’ and ‘Island Posh’ are boutique type shops that offer a large variety of items that could interest almost any shopper. Round that off with a Pharmacy/Primary Care doctor’s office and you have a very nice mix of options for the average tourist.
