Paradise Purchased Properly
Our teamwork approach has proved very beneficial
to our clients in that as a company we are always there for our clients. Finding just that right property, condo, villa or investment property for each individual is what we do.
Larry's efforts of setting up a location in the Bay Islands, and the assembly of what we feel is the best staff in the business, has resulted in a great balance of specialized and experienced people that work as one highly motivated and client oriented operation. Teamwork equates to client satisfaction.
Paradise Purchased Properly

Wendy McLaughlin heads up our Company’s Sales Team, as Sales Manager, making client satisfaction, teamwork, and communications her top priorities.
Born and raised here on the island, in French Harbor, she went to the United States to further her education and seek a better life. After getting her bachelors degree in Texas she became an academic counselor in Florida, but soon realized that the "better life" she longed for, was back on her island, Roatan.
Although starting in the Roatan Real Estate’s apprentice program, it soon became apparent, that her focus, efficiency and talents would benefit the team as the leader more than as a sales member. Wendy leads our staff and makes sure that every deal goes as smooth as it possibly can.
Wendy served two years as a board member of the Roatan Real Estate Association, followed by one year as RRA board Fiscal (Monitors the Standards of Practice and Ethics Code for the entire organization).
She is very active in her community, and very much looks forward to helping show you what the island has to offer and finding each client’s investments perfect fit.

| Janine Goben, Roatan Real Estate Operations Manager, was born and educated in England, graduating from Chesterfield College of Art and Design in 1970.
Her yearning to travel and experience other cultures and people started early; at age 8, her first introduction was an extended family trip to northern France. At 14, she was an exchange student in the mountains of southern France. This was followed by many visits to other European countries as a teenager and young adult. After a year of working for the British Ministry of Defense, she moved to Colorado, where she raised two boys while leading an active and athletic life enjoying the skiing in Colorado and scuba diving in the Caribbean, which eventually led to the move to Roatan in 1998.
The pull of a tropical climate, the strong desire to live in a different culture and a passion for scuba diving was strongly embedded and began to infect her new husband, so during a vacation on Roatan, they looked at property, bought a piece of land and moved to Roatan, within 3 months. That was more than a decade ago, and during that time, Janine’s creative spirit allowed her to build a property management company and learn about the real estate business on Roatan.
Janine’s real estate experience started in 1977 as an agent in Colorado and now spans more than a decade on Roatan. As sales manager at Lawson Rock, Roatan’s premier development, the first phase sold out within a couple of years. International Living magazine recruited Janine at that time to open an office in Honduras, which offered the opportunity for extensive travel throughout Honduras, as well as travel to other countries giving presentations to large groups of people interested in investing or moving overseas. Janine organized investment and lifestyle tours in Honduras and arranged and produced conferences for people considering investing or moving overseas. She wrote extensively for the magazine and now for Caribbean Properties and Lifestyles magazine. Always with her finger on the pulse of who’s who and the real estate climate in Honduras, Janine worked as an agent for two years with another company and is now established with Roatan Real Estate as the company administrator, still doing sales, using her years of experience in Honduras and knowledge of the business to help people realize their dreams and build futures. There are very few people with Janine’s experience and knowledge of Honduras

Paradise Purchased Properly!
"My relationship with Tom Campbell began in May of 2004 when my wife and I came to Roatan with the thought of retirement. We met Tom at a meeting of realtors and were immediately struck by his sincerity and forthright manner. We have since purchased property through him and with his help are currently in the process of development and sale of this property. In our two year relationship, Tom has proven to be every bit as honest, ethical, and hard working as we thought in our first meeting. I cannot recommend anyone more highly. "
